The word “storytelling” is used everywhere, but its application for educators as they develop empathetic learning environments, are not. Join us for an overview of what this centuries-old, oral-tradition “format” for sharing knowledge, building community, and encouraging communication can do for your K-2 classroom behaviors. Handouts, resource information, and smart but silly fun are on hand.
Ford’s work has been showcased on the PTO Today website and is included in story anthologies and resources for educators. Her professional development workshops are geared to benchmarks of academic content standards and 21st Century Learning Skills
